Length of cardboard (l) = 25 cm
Breadth (b) = 0.5 m = 50 cm
Height (h) = 15 cm
$\therefore$ Surface area of cardboard
= $2(l\times b+b\times h+h\times l)$
= $2(25\times 50+50\times 15+15\times 25)c{m}^2$
= 2(1250+750+375) $c{m}^2$
= 2(2375) = 4750 $c{m}^2$
