The correct option is C 9600 m2
In ABD, semiperimeter 's' is given by:
s = 100+160+1002
= 180 m
Now ,
Area of the triangle ABD is given by :
ar(ABD)=s×(sa)×(sb)×(sc)=180×(180100)×(180100)×(180160)=180×(180100)×(180100)×(180160)=180×(80)×(80)×(20)=4800 m2
Now, the other triangle also has the same dimensions.
So,
ar(BCD) = 4800 m2 = ar(ABD)
So, the area of the rhombus ABCD = ar(BCD) + ar(ABD)
= 4800 + 4800
= 9600 m2
