= $\frac{70}{360}\times \mathrm{\pi }\times 9^2$ + $\frac{50}{360}\times \mathrm{\pi }\times 8^2$

= $\left(\frac{63}{4}\mathrm{\pi }+\frac{80}{9}\mathrm{\pi }\right){\mathrm{cm}}^2$
