From the figure,diameter of the circle inside the rectangle$=4.2m$

$\Rightarrow$Radius $=\frac{4.2}{2}=2.1m$

Area of the circle$=\pi r^2=\frac{22}{7}\times 2.1\times 2.1=13.86‬sq.m$

Area of the rectangle$=length\times breadth=6.3\times 4.2=26.46sq.m$

Area of the shaded region$=$Area of the rectangle$-$Area of the circle

$=26.46-13.86=12.6‬sq.m$

$\therefore$Area of the shaded region$=12.6‬sq.m$
