$\left(ii\right)14m$
Area of the square = Side $\times$ Side $=14m$ $\times$ $14m=196sq.m$
$\left(iii\right)2m50cm$
$50cm=\frac{50}{100}=0.5m$
$\therefore$ Side $=2.5m$
Area of the square = Side $\times$ Side $=2.5m$ $\times$ $2.5m=6.25sq.m$
