We know that, area of a rectangle = length x breadth
$\Rightarrow length\times breadth=440m^2$
$\Rightarrow 22m\times breadth=440m^2$
$\Rightarrow breadth=\frac{440m^2}{22m}=20m$

Now, Perimeter of rectangular park
$=2\times (length+breadth)$
$=2\times (22+20)$
$=2\times 42=84m$

Thus, the perimeter of rectangular park is 84 m.
