Length $=$ $45 m 50 c m$ $=$ $45.5 m$ $(1 m = 100 c m)$
Breadth $= \frac{p e r i m e t e r}{2} - l e n g t h$
Breadth $= \frac{140}{2} - 45.5 = 70 - 45.5 = 24.5 m$
Hence, breadth of rectangle is $24.5 m$ .
