The correct option is B 36.792m3
Capacity is also known as volume of the tank which it can fill.
So, Capacity = length x breadth x depth (or height)
It is given for tank that,
length =7 m 30 cm=(7+0.30) m=7.30 m
Breadth =3 m 60 cm=(3+0.60) m=3.60 m
Depth =1 m 40 cm=(1+0.40) m=1.40 m

So, by given dimensions
Capacity of tank =7.30×3.60×1.40 m3=36.792 m3
Hence, option A is correct
