Find the center and radius of the circle whose equation is given by: (4x)2+(y+11)2=9

An equation of the circle with center (h,k) and radius r is
(xh)2+(yk)2=r2
So, comparing (4x)2+(y+11)2=9 that is (x(4))2+(y11)2=9 with the above equation of circle we get:
h=4, k=11 and r=3
Therefore, center of the circle is (4,11) and radius of the circle is r=3.
