Suppose $(x,y)$ the mid-point of line joining the points $(x_1,y_1)$ And $(x_2,y_2)$

Then, $x=\frac{x_1+x_2}{2},y=\frac{y_1+y_2}{2}$

By comparing from the above points $x_1=2,y_1=3,x_2=4,y_2=7$

And we are asked to find $(x,y)$

So $x=\frac{2+4}{2}=\frac{6}{2}=3$

and $y=\frac{3+7}{2}=\frac{10}{2}=5$

So the mid-point is $(3,5)$.
