Co-ordinates of midpoint of the line joining two points $(x_1,y_1)$ and $(x_2,y_2)$ are $(\frac{x_1+x_2}{2},\frac{y_1+y_2}{2})$.

Here,
$x_1=7,x_2=-6,y_1=-3and{y}_2=2$

$\therefore \text{M}(x,y)=(\frac{x_1+x_2}{2},\frac{y_1+y_2}{2})=(\frac{7+(-6)}{2},\frac{-3+2}{2})=(\frac{1}{2},\frac{-1}{2})$

$\therefore$ Co-ordinates of the mid-point M are $(\frac{1}{2},\frac{-1}{2})$.
