Let us find the rate

$3\sqrt{216}:3\sqrt{343}\Rightarrow 3\times \sqrt{36\times 6}:3\sqrt{81\times 3}$

$\Rightarrow 2\times 6\sqrt{6}:3\times 9^3\sqrt{3}$

$\Rightarrow 2\sqrt{3}\sqrt{2}:3\sqrt{3}$

$\Rightarrow 2\sqrt{3}:3$

$\Rightarrow (2\sqrt{2}{)}^2:3^2$

$\Rightarrow 8:9$

becomes,

$\Rightarrow 6:7$ (-2)

$\frac{1}{6}\times 100=16\times \left(\frac{2}{3}\right)$%

Now $R=16\left(\frac{2}{3}\right)$%= $\frac{1}{6}$
