$3 x - 4 y = 11$
When the line meets x-axis,
Then, $y = 0 ∴ x = \frac{11}{3}$
So at $(\frac{11}{3}, 0),$ the linear ${e q}^{n} 3 x - 4 y = 11$ will meet the x-axis.
