Given $A(-3,-7)B(3,5)$

Equation of segment of $AB$

$y-y=\frac{y_2-y_1}{x_2-x_1}(x-x_1)$

$[\because x_1=-3,y_1=-7x_2=,y_2=5]$

$(y+7)=\frac{5+7}{3+3}(x+3)$

$y+7=\frac{12}{6}(x+3)$

$y+7=2(x+3)$

$2x-y+6-7=0$

$2x-y-1=0$------ $\left(1\right)$

Equation on $y-$axis so $x=0$----- $\left(2\right)$

from $\left(1\right)$ and $\left(2\right)$ $2x-y-1=0$

$2\left(0\right)-y-1=0$

$y=-1$

$\therefore$ Point of intersection of $(0,-1)$
