The correct option is C The boundaries of circle A and circle B are overlapping.
Here the boundaries of the circle A and the circle B are overlapping, other than this statement all the other statements are wrong.
Since the point B is exterior to the circle A, AB can't be the radius of circle A. Also the given circles are not concentric because the centre of each circle is different and the circle with the biggest radius is not circle C. Its clearly evident from the figure.
