Let the length of the rectangular garden be $4 x$ .
Then breadth $= 3 x$ .
Area of rectangle $= l e n g t h \times b r e a d t h$
So, area of the rectangular garden $= 12 x^{2}$
Area(given) $= 1200$
$\Rightarrow 12 x^{2} = 1200$
$\Rightarrow x = 10$
Hence, length $= 4 x = 40 m$
Breadth $= 3 x = 30 m$
Perimeter $= 2 (l + b) = 2 (40 + 30) = 2 \times 70 = 140 m$
Cost of fencing $1 m = R s . 7.50$
So, cost of fencing $140 m = 140 \times 7.50 = R s . 1050$
