Given ; the dimension of the rectangular plot $l e n g t h = 200 m, b r e a d t h = 75 m + \frac{40}{100} m = 75.4 m$
The perimeter of the rectangular plot after removing $3 m$ for entrance $= 2 (l e n g t h + b r e a d t h) - 3 m$
$= 2 (200 + 75.4) - 3 m = 550.8 - 3 = 547.8 m$
The required cost of fencing $= 547.8 x R s 5 = R s 2739$
Hence the answer is $R s 2739$
