Area of rectangle $= l e n g t h \times b r e a d t h$
$= 51 \times 40 = 2040 m^{2}$
Finding the cost of levelling a playground :
Cost of levelling $1 m^{2} = 35 R s$
Cost of levelling $2040 m^{2} = 2040 \times 35 = 71, 400 R s$
Hence, cost of levelling playground is $71, 400 R s$
Step-2: Finding perimeter of playground
Perimeter of rectangle $= 2 (l e n g t h + b r e a d t h)$
$= 2 (51 + 40) = 2 (91) = 182 m$
Finding the cost of fencing :
Cost of fencing $1 m = 50 R s$
Cost of fencing $182 m = 182 \times 50 = 9, 100 R s$
Hence ,cost of fencing playground is $9, 100 R s$
