Diameter =$2r=2\times 3.5m=7m$
height = 10 m
$\therefore$ curved surface area of the pillar
$=2\pi rh=\frac{7\times 22\times 10}{7}$
$=220m^2$

rate of Rs 10 per $m^2=220\times 10=Rs.2200$
