using heros formula $S = \frac{a + b + c}{2} = \frac{40 + 70 + 90}{2}$
= 100
Area $= \sqrt{S (S - a) (S - b) (S - c)}$
$= \sqrt{100 (100 - 40) (100 - 70) (100 - 90)}$
$= \sqrt{100 \times 60 \times 30 \times 10}$
$= \sqrt{1800000}$
$= 1341.64 m^{2}$
