Let us replace the two cells and 4Ω and 2Ω resistances with a single battery of Emf E and resistance with R.

E=e1R1+e2R21R1+1R2=204+10214+12=10×43=403V

R=(1R1+1R2)1=(14+12)1=43Ω

Req=43+10=343Ω

Therefore option C is correct.
