$\therefore$ Radius (r) = $\frac{7}{2}$ cm
Height (h) = 60cm
$\therefore$ Curved surface area = $2\pi rh$
$=2\times \frac{22}{7}\times \frac{7}{2}\times 60c{m}^2=1320c{m}^2$

Total surface area = $2\pi r(h+r)$
$2\times \frac{22}{7}\times \frac{7}{2}(60+\frac{7}{2})=22\left(\frac{127}{2}\right)=11\times 127c{m}^2=1397c{m}^2$
