Let ρo be the density of oil.
Given density of water, ρw=1000 kg/m3
Say, l=3 cm, d=2 cm
Pressure at A and B will be same.
Po+ρog(l+d))=Po+ρwgd
(Po= atmospheric pressure)
ρ0(0.03+0.02)=1000×0.02
Density of oil, ρo=400 kg/m3
