Diameter of moon = 3450 km

f = -7.6 m

1v=1u+1f

1v+(13.8×105)=(157.6)

Since, distance of moon from earth is very large as compared to focal length it can be taken as

v=7.6 m

(7.6)(3.8×108)=dimage3450×103

dimage=3450×7.6×1033.8×108

=0.069 m=6.9 cm
