For forming the greatest number using given digits, We arrange the given digits in descending order to form the greatest number.

So,

The greatest number that can be written using the digits 6,2,7,4,3 each only once =76432

The least number that can be written using the digits 6,2,7,4,3 each only once =23467

The difference between the greatest and least number that can be written using the digits 6,2,7,4,3 each only once

=76432-23467=52965

Hence, the difference between the greatest and least number that can be written using the digits 6,2,7,4,3 each only once is 52965.
