Distance between the charges $= 10^{- 15} m$
$F_{e} = \frac{1}{4 π ϵ_{0}} \frac{q^{2}}{r^{2}} = 9 \times 10^{9} \times \frac{(1.6 \times 10^{- 19})^{2}}{(10^{- 15})^{2}} = 230 N$
