We know that, electric dipole moment p is given as

p=q(2l)

Where,
q= magnitude of charge,
|2l|= distance between the charges

And the direction of the dipole moment will be from negative charge to positive charge.

|2l|=BC=AB2+AC2

|2l|=32+42=5 m

So, p=5×5 along CB

p=25 C-m along CB.

Hence, option (d) is correct.
