The correct option is A E=0
For a shell, charge is on the surface and no charge inside the shell.

If we consider a sphere concentric with the shell and radius less than that of the shell, then there will be no charge inside the spherical surface made.

Hence, flux through the sphere made is 0 .
And, ϕ=E.dS

Since, ϕ=0E=0

Hence, field is zero at all points inside a charged shell.
