Solution:
x-7y+5=0
x+5=7y
y=x/7 + 5/7
On comparing with y=mx+c
we get m=1/7
Slope of perpendicular = -1/m = -1/(1/7) = -7
x-intercept=3
means x=3,y=0
Equation: y-y1= m(x-x1)
y-0 = -7(x-3)
y = -7x+21
