The equation of hyperbola is x29y2=9.
x299y29=1
x29y2=1
Comparing with standard form of hyperbola i.e.,

we get a=3,b=1

The equation of tangent at point P(θ): xasecθybtanθ=1
Substituting values of a,b and θ in the equation of tangent:
