Find the equation of the circle drawn on the line joining the points (1,3) and (2,5) as diameter.

We know that, the equation of the circle drawn on the straight line joining two given point (x1,y1) and (x2,y2) as diameter is (xx1)(xx2)+(yy1)(yy2)=0
Given points are (1,3),(2,5).
Thus the equation is (x+1)(x2)+(y+3)(y5)=0
x22x+x2+y25y+3y15=0
x2+y2x2y17=0 is the required equation of the circle.
