Given,
Slope $\left(m\right)=\frac{1}{2}$ and point $(x_0,y_0)=(-4,3)$
$\therefore$ The equation of the line is
$(y-3)=\frac{1}{2}(x-(-4\left)\right)$
$\Rightarrow (y-3)=\frac{1}{2}(x+4)$
$\Rightarrow 2(y-3)=x+4$
$\Rightarrow 2y-6=x+4$
$\Rightarrow 2y-x-6-4=0$
$\Rightarrow 2y-x-10=0$
$\Rightarrow x-2y+10=0$
Hence, the required equation is
$x-2y+10=0$.
