The line will be of the form $2 x + 3 y + c = 0$
$∴$ Since it passed through $(5, 4)$
$2 (5) + 3 ((4) + c = 0$
$c = - [10 + 12]$
$= - 22$
$∴$ The equation of the line will be $2 x + 3 y - 22 = 0$
