Solution

Dear student,

We know equation of x-axis is y=0.Slope of this line m=0Now slope of line parallel m1 to the x-axis wil be m=m1Equation of line will be y-y1=m1x-x1 y-3=0x-4 y-3=0 y=3A line that is perpendicular to the x-axis is a vertical like with a slope equal to infinity. Equation of line will be y-y1=m1x-x1 y-3=x-4 y-3=x-4x-4=0x=4
