Given a straight line cuts intercept unity at $y$ axis and inclined at ${45}^0$ (i.e., anti-clock wise direction) at $x$ axis, that is line cutting $x$-axis in 2 nd quadrant

So intercept at $x$-axis is -1

$y+\frac{x}{-1}=1$

then $y=x+1$ is the required equation
