The correct option is A 4C3
This circuit is symmetrical about the perpendicular bisector of AB. Hence, points X,Y and Z are equipotential points.


We can see clearly from above circuit, capacitors AX and AY are in parallel combination, and similarly capacitors 1Z and 1Y are also in parallel combination.

So, their equivalent capacitance will be C+C=2C.


Since, 2C and C are in series, so their equivalent will be

2C×C2C+C=2C3


Again, 2C3 and 2C are in parallel, so, their equivalent capacitance will be 2C3+2C=8C3


Both are in series, so, the equivalent capacitance of the circuit will be

Ceq=8C6=4C3

Therefore, option (A) is the correct answer.
