The correct option is B8Ω The three 3Ω resistance in between are in parallel.
Can you see that?
n equal resistances R in a parallel combination will be equivalent to R/n . If you don’t get that try using 1Req=IR1+1R2+1R3
So the middle combination becomes 33=1Ω
Then this 1Ω will be in series with the other 1Ω and 5Ω.
They will be added right?
Finally equivalent resistance becomes 7Ω.
