We can redraw the circuit as -


All the resistors between points A and 1 are in parallel.

Their equivalent resistance can be calculated as,

1Req=13+13+13=33

Req=1 Ω

Between points 1 and 2, both the resistors are in parallel.

1Req=14+14=24=12

Req=2 Ω
