Given:
Resistance of each resistor is 4 Ω.

Resistors 2 and 3 are in parallel.
Therefore, equivalent resistance,
1Rnet=1R2+1R3
1Rnet=14+14
Rnet=2 Ω

Now, Rnet is in series with R1.
Rtotal=R1+Rnet
Rtotal=2+4=6 Ω
