Find the first term and common difference of the following APsv
(i) $5,2,-1,-4,....$

(ii) $\frac{1}{2},\frac{5}{6},\frac{7}{6},\frac{3}{6},....,\frac{17}{6}$

(i) First term $a=5$, and the common difference $d=2-5=-3$.
(ii) $a=\frac{1}{2}$ and the common difference $d=\frac{5}{6}-\frac{1}{2}=\frac{5-3}{6}=\frac{1}{3}$.
