As triangle ABC is an equilateral triangle, thus, ABC=60

θ=602=30.
The electric flux through the cone is given by

The electric flux through the surface APB is
ϕcurved surface=ϕcontainerϕcone
ϕcurved surface=qϵ0q2ϵ0(1cosθ)
ϕcurved surface=q2ϵ0+qcosθ2ϵ0
