$$\begin{gathered} =2x^2\times 2x^2+2x^2\times y^3+y^3\times 2x^2+y^3\times y^3 \\ =4x^4+2x^2{y}^3+2x^2{y}^3+y^6 \\ =4x^4+4x^2{y}^3+y^6 \end{gathered}$$

Hence , the product is $4x^4+4x^2{y}^3+y^6$.
