$m^{2} - 3 m - 18, m^{2} + 5 m + 6$

Factors of $m^{2} - 3 m - 18 = (m - 6) (m + 3)$
and $m^{2} + 5 m + 6 = (m + 2) (m + 3)$
Hence GCD of above two terms is $m + 3$
