Since 76 has the least number of digits, so 76 is the smallest number.
7554 and 1952 have the maximum number of digits. Among these two 7554 is greater than 1952, as the leftmost digit in 7554 is 7 while it is 1 in 1952. => 7554 > 1952.
Therefore 76 is the smallest number and 7554 is the greatest number.
