Find the HCF of 378 , 180 and 420 by prime factorization method . Is HCF*LCM of 3 numbers equal to the product of the 3 numbers ?

420=2x2x3x5x7
So, HCF(378,180,240)=2x3=6
⇒ L.C.M ( 378,180,420) x H.C.F ( 378,180,420) ≠ 378 x 180 x 420.

⇒ 3780 x 6 ≠ 378 x 180 x 420.

∴ 22680 ≠ 28576800.

∴HCF and LCM of three number is not equal to product of three number.
