Given , the numbers are $64$ , $24$ and $16$
The prime factors of $64$ are $= 2 \times 2 \times 2 \times 2 \times 2 \times 2$
and prime factors of $24$ are $= 2 \times 2 \times 2 \times 3$
and prime factors of $16$ are $= 2 \times 2 \times 2 \times 2$
Now , HCF of numbers $64$ , $24$ and $16$ are $= 2 \times 2 \times 2$
$= 8$
Hence , the required HCF is $8$ .
