Find the HCF using prime factorisation method .

Given , the numbers are 64 , 24 and 16

The prime factors of 64 are =2×2×2×2×2×2

and prime factors of 24 are =2×2×2×3

and prime factors of 16 are =2×2×2×2

Now , HCF of numbers 64 , 24 and 16 are =2×2×2

=8

Hence , the required HCF is 8 .
