$\Rightarrow$Volume of cylinder $=\frac{22}{7}\times 0.70\times 0.70\times h$

$=1.54$

$\therefore h=\frac{(1.54\times 7)}{(22\times 0.70\times 0.70)}$

$=1$

$\Rightarrow$So, height of a cylinder is $1$ m
