P(-2,0) and Q(0,-3)

Open in App
Solution

Finding the intercept made by the line:

Given coordinates are P(-2,0) and Q(0,-3)

In coordinate P(-2,0)

x=-2andy=0

Therefore, the x-intercept is -2

In coordinate Q(0,-3)

x=0andy=-3

Therefore, the y-intercept is -3

Hence, intercept made by a line passing through points P(-2,0) and Q(0,-3) are -2 and -3
