Solution

The correct option is B L.C.M. = 7.5 and H.C.F. = 0.05
Let a=2.5,b=0.15 and c=0.05

Now, we write the given numbers in fractions as follows:

a=2.5=2510
a=0.15=15100
a=0.05=5100

LCM of two or more fractions is given by LCM of Numerators divided by HCF of Denominators and thus

LCM of the numerators (25,15,5)=75
HCF of the denominators (10,100,100)=10

Therefore,

LCM(a,b,c)=7510=7.5

Now, HCF of two or more fractions is given by HCF of Numerators divided by LCM of Denominators

HCF of the numerators (25,15,5)=5
LCM of the denominators (10,100,100)=100

Therefore,

HCF(a,b,c)=5100=0.05

Hence, LCM of 2.5,0.15 and 0.05 is 7.5 and HCF is 0.05
